We deliver fresh flowers Monday to Sunday across the UK, including London.


How to Place Your Order

  1. Select your product and size.

  2. Enter the delivery postcode and recipient’s address.

  3. Choose your preferred delivery date and delivery method.

  4. Personalize your gift with a message (optional).

  5. Provide billing (sender) and recipient details.

  6. Complete payment to confirm your order.


Delivery Options & Pricing

UK Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery (3–4 working days / not guaranteed on nominated day) — FREE

  • Economy Delivery (1–2 working days / not guaranteed on nominated day) — £8.95

  • Selected Day Delivery (various time slots) — £18.95 to £52.95

  • Special UK Selected Day Delivery (7 am – 11 am Mon–Fri) — £39.95 

    *To ensure delivery before 11:00 AM, orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Weekend Delivery (Saturday & Sunday) — £22.95 to £24.95

London Delivery:

  • Free Standard Delivery (3–4 working days  / not guaranteed on nominated day, 10 am–8 pm Mon–Fri) — FREE

  • Economy Delivery (1–2 working days / not guaranteed on nominated day, 10 am–8 pm Mon–Fri) — £8.95

  • Premium Selected Day Delivery (various time slots) — £12.95 to £16.95

  • Express Same Day Delivery (12 pm–8 pm) — £22.95

  • Saturday Delivery (10 am–7 pm) — £18.95

  • Sunday Delivery (10 am–7 pm) — £22.95

Final delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout based on your address and chosen option.


Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery times may vary depending on postcode, traffic, and road conditions.

  • Free and Economy deliveries use national couriers (DHL, Royal Mail, UPS). Delivery on the selected day is not guaranteed; parcels may arrive earlier or later.

  • Premium and London deliveries often use private drivers to ensure timely and scheduled arrival.

  • Please select the correct delivery option at checkout to avoid delays or missed deliveries.

  • Morning deliveries (7 am – 11 am) may be delayed by up to 1 hour due to heavy traffic.


Missed Deliveries & Refund Policy

  • We are not responsible if the recipient is unavailable or does not answer the door at delivery time.

  • For UK deliveries via courier, tracking numbers are provided, and re-delivery must be arranged directly with the courier.

  • For London deliveries via private drivers, re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if requested, but we do not take responsibility for parcels lost afterward.

  • If flowers arrive late due to missed delivery, flower quality cannot be guaranteed.

  • If your premium delivery arrives later than the guaranteed time, you may be eligible for a partial refund equal to the difference between your chosen time slot and the next available slot.


Exceptions

Please note that for deliveries to Scotland and the Isle of Man, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery—even if a specific delivery date has been selected and paid for. Due to the long distance and logistical constraints, additional time may be required for your order to arrive. We appreciate your understanding.

 

SUNDAY DELIVERY:

We deliver throughout the UK, but Sunday deliveries have postcode restrictions:

Postcode exceptions for Sunday delivery:
AB, BT, BS, B1-B46, DH, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE

 

 


International Shipping

  • Shipping outside the UK is calculated automatically during checkout based on courier rates at the time of order.

  • We strive to offer competitive international shipping rates.

  • Important: Due to Brexit, purchases shipped internationally may be subject to import charges, VAT, and handling fees in the recipient’s country.

  • VAT is not charged on our website for international orders but must be paid by the recipient locally.
