1. HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS? The processing time for refunds depends on your bank, but generally, all refunds are usually issued within 3-5 working days from the time of order cancellation.

If needed, filter down your required specifications and select the items for purchase. c. Click “add to cart” to add selected items to your shopping cart. d. Review and amend your order in the “my cart” section. e. Proceed to checkout and complete the payment process.
3. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED, AND CAN I TRACK IT? For delivery and tracking information, please refer to our Shipping Guide page. Please note that we are not responsible for packages left at the recipient's door when no one is at home. In case of theft, report the incident directly to the courier company (DHL, UPS or ROYAL MAIL).
