Delivery Options & Pricing

  • Standard Delivery (3–4 working days) — FREE

  • Economy Delivery (1–2 working days) — £8.95

  • Selected Day Delivery (various time slots) — £18.95 to £52.95

  • Weekend Delivery (Saturday & Sunday) — £22.95 to £24.95

Important Notes

  • Delivery times may vary due to postcode and road conditions.

  • Free and Economy deliveries use national couriers (DHL, Royal Mail, UPS). Arrival on selected day is not guaranteed—parcels may arrive early or late.

  • Premium deliveries guarantee arrival on your chosen date/time, often using private drivers.

  • Please choose the correct delivery option during checkout to avoid delays.

Missed Deliveries & Refunds

  • We are not responsible if the recipient is unavailable or doesn’t answer the door.

  • Tracking numbers are provided; re-delivery must be arranged with the courier (UK) or can be arranged for a fee with private drivers (London).

  • Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if requested, but we do not take responsibility if parcels go missing afterward.

  • If flowers arrive late due to missed delivery, quality cannot be guaranteed.

  • If your premium delivery arrives late, you may be eligible for a partial refund equal to the difference between your chosen time slot and the next available slot.
