Delay Refunds Policy

If your 2 pm delivery arrives late, you will receive a £5 refund.

Missed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible if the recipient is not home or does not open the door at delivery time.

  • For UK deliveries via courier, a tracking number is provided, and re-delivery must be arranged with the courier.

  • For London deliveries via private driver, re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if requested; however, we do not take responsibility if parcels go missing afterward.
