To manage the effects of Coronavirus-related absences and necessary social distancing measures such as reducing the number of people together in shared spaces and vehicles, we have implemented a range of mitigations.
* these include adjusting the time guarantee on Premium Delivery from Monday 28th September onwards our Premium Selected Day delivery service could be delayed up to an hour depending on the delivery postcode.

* If you require SAME DAY delivery in London you must select SAME DAY DELIVERY (11am - 8pm) option during checkout. If you select any other delivery option, it is not guaranteed your order will arrive on the selected day and time.
